Foundation design is carried out on the basis of geotechnical documentation in accordance with PN-EN 1997 (Eurocode 7) and other related standards, taking into account building law and technical conditions.
In the design process we analyse soil-water conditions, subgrade bearing capacity and the load transfer scheme to the ground. We verify total and differential settlements and select the foundation type to suit local conditions.

Traditional structures — masonry and timber — are designed in accordance with PN-EN 1995 and PN-EN 1996 (Eurocode 5 and 6) and other related standards, taking into account building law and technical conditions.
As part of the design we determine the arrangement of load-bearing elements and the static schemes of masonry and timber structures. We verify the load capacity, serviceability and durability of the selected material solution.

Monolithic reinforced concrete structures are developed in accordance with PN-EN 1992 (Eurocode 2) and other related standards, taking into account building law and technical conditions.
The design covers analysis of static schemes, actions and three-dimensional behaviour of the reinforced concrete structure. We verify ultimate and serviceability limit states as well as stiffness and crack-width requirements.

Precast structure design is carried out in accordance with PN-EN 1992 (Eurocode 2), PN-EN 13369 and other related standards, taking into account building law and technical conditions.
The design process takes into account the division into precast elements, the erection sequence and transport conditions. We verify connections, erection stability and the final structural behaviour.

Steel structures are designed in accordance with PN-EN 1993 (Eurocode 3) and other related standards, taking into account building law and technical conditions.
The design covers analysis of the structural layout and permanent, variable and climatic actions. We take into account environmental corrosivity classes and verify the durability of members and connections over the service life of the structure.

Structural calculations are performed in accordance with the Eurocodes, analysing the global behaviour of the structure and the static schemes of the building. We use advanced calculation software based on the finite element method (FEM).
sizing
calculations
Structural element sizing is carried out in accordance with the Eurocodes, with particular attention to critical locations and local effects. We use specialist software and engineering calculators to verify load capacity and serviceability.
detail design
and construction solutions
Details and construction solutions are developed in 2D and 3D environments, analysing their structural and technological correctness. Our design is based on experience gained during construction and collaboration with contractors.
coordination
and BIM technology
For design coordination we use BIM technology and interdisciplinary models in IFC format. We ensure compatibility with tools such as Tekla, Revit, Archicad and Allplan, enabling efficient interdisciplinary coordination.
